Dr. McFadden is a graduate of Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She is a native of South Carolina and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She met and fell in love with her husband in dental school, and they married shortly after. Texas has been her home for the past ten years, but her family fell in love with Missouri City and enjoys being a part of the Sienna community. She enjoys fitness, traveling, getting lost in a good book, home decor, brunching on the weekends, and great tv shows! When not in the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and son.
Outside of my work at Evolve Dentistry, I’m a proud wife and mom to three amazing kids—two girls and one boy. Family is everything to me, and I cherish the time I get to spend with them. Whether it’s helping with school projects, planning fun family outings, or simply enjoying quiet moments at home, I love being present in the everyday moments that make up motherhood. Balancing work and family can be a challenge, but it’s also one of the greatest blessings of my life.
What I love most is the culture we’ve created—one that truly values both our patients and our team. It’s a place where people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Every day I get to work alongside my husband and an amazing team to serve our community with excellence, and that’s incredibly fulfilling.
It’s definitely a juggling act, but it’s one I’m grateful for. I’ve learned to be intentional with my time, lean on a supportive team, and give myself grace when things don’t go perfectly. My kids keep me grounded, and they remind me daily why I do what I do—both at work and at home.
